On mournful days say Psalm 137, on normal weekdays say no Psalm and begin below at: “My mouth shall speak the praise of the ETERNAL…” , on Sabbath, Yom Tov and festive occasions say Psalm 126.
Psalm 137
1By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. 2We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. 3For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. 4How shall we sing the ETERNAL’s song in a strange land? 5If I forget thee, O Jerusalem, let my right hand forget her cunning. 6If I do not remember thee, let my tongue cleave to the roof of my mouth; if I prefer not Jerusalem above my chief joy. 7Remember, O ETERNAL, the children of Edom in the day of Jerusalem; who said, Rase it, rase it, even to the foundation thereof. 8O daughter of Babylon, who art to be destroyed; happy shall he be, that rewardeth thee as thou hast served us. 9Happy shall he be, that taketh and dasheth thy little ones against the stones.
Psalm 126
1When the ETERNAL turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream. 2Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The ETERNAL hath done great things for them. 3The ETERNAL hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. 4Turn again our captivity, O ETERNAL, as the streams in the south. 5They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. 6He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.
My mouth shall speak the praise of the ETERNAL, and let all flesh give thanks unto His holy Name forever and ever. We will praise the ETERNAL from this time for everymore. Halleluyah! O give thanks unto the ETERNAL, for He is gracious, because his mercy endureth forever. Who can express the noble acts of the ETERNAL or show forth all His praise?

First blessing: For the food
Blessed art Thou, O ETERNAL, our God, King of the universe, Who sustainest the entire world in Thy goodness, in grace, mercy and compassion. Thou givest food to all flesh for Thy mercy endureth forever. And through Thy great goodness we have never lacked, and may we never lack, food, for evermore. For the sake of Thy great Name, for Thou art God who feedest and sustainest all, and actest benificently unto all, and Thou preparest sustenance for all Thy creatures which Thou hast created. Leader — Blessed art Thou, O ETERNAL, Who feedest all.
Second blessing: For the land
We give thanks unto Thee, O ETERNAL, our God, because Thou hast given to our ancestors to inherit a desirable, good and ample land, because Thou brought us forth, O ETERNAL, our God, from the the land of Egypt, and redeemed us from the house of bondage. For thy covenant with which Thou sealed our flesh, for Thy Torah that Thou hast taught us and for Thy statutes which Thou hast made known unto us. For life, grace and mercy which Thou hast granted us. And for the enjoyment of food by which Thou feedest and sustainest us for evermore, every day, every season, and every hour.
For all these, O ETERNAL, our God, we render thanks unto Thee and bless Thee. Blessed be Thy Name blessed by the mouth of all the living, continually and everlastingly, as it is written: When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the ETERNAL, thy God, for the good land which He hath given thee. our sorrows. And we beseech Thee, O ETERNAL, our God, make us

ashamed or humiliated for ever and ever.
[[On the Sabbath add: Be pleased, O ETERNAL, our God, to give us rest

that there be no sorrow, grief, or lament, on this day of our rest.

salvation to His king,] and sheweth mercy unto His anointed, David
and his descendants forevermore, He Who maketh peace in his
heights, may He make peace upon us abd upon all Israel. And say
ye: Amen.
O fear the ETERNAL, ye that are his saints, for they that fear Him
lack nothing. The lions do lack and suffer hunger, but they who
seek the ETERNAL shall want no manner of thing that is good. Give
thanks unto the ETERNAL, for He is gracious and His mercy
endureth for ever. Thou openest thine hand and fillest all things
living with plenteousness. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the
ETERNAL, and whose hope is the ETERNAL. I have been young, and
now am old, and yet saw I never the righteous forsaken, nor his
posterity begging their bread. The ETERNAL shall give strenght unto
his people. The ETERNAL shall give his people the blessing of peace.
